OUR CLASSES

GC Physie & Dance welcomes children and adults of all ages and abilities. In our classes, dancers work across the full APDA syllabus, learning 4-6 routines over the year in a mix of styles. Classes run once or twice a week, with each lesson building strength, technique and confidence in a supportive environment.

Juniors

Throughout the year, our junior dancers master six diverse routines, with exciting opportunities to participate in individual and team competitions.​


These routines blend a variety of dance genres, carefully crafted to enhance strength, musicality, posture, flexibility and technique.

Seniors

Over the year, senior dancers master four to five dynamic routines that seamlessly blend fitness, flexibility, musicality, and technique.

 

Designed for all levels, from novice to elite, GC Physie and Dance provides opportunities for every dancer to shine, whether through individual performances or as part of a team.

Our ladies classes learn five exciting routines across a variety of different dance genres, all within a supportive community of likeminded individuals. 

 

It is the perfect way to boost your fitness, make new friends and challenge yourself in a fun and empowering environment.

GC Pricing

Our aim is to to keep physie and dance accessible and affordable for our memebers. Our fees include annual club and association fees, and class term fees.

GC Registration

This supports club administration and events. As a not-for-profit, all funds are reinvested back into the GC Physie & Dance experience. Registration will be invoiced with Term 1 class fees.

APDA Registration

This fee is set by and paid direct to Australian Physie & Dance Association (APDA). It includes access to the annual syllabus, insurance, administration, and download of the official training videos and music.

$10 - 45 min
$12 - 60 min

Class Fees

You will be invoiced each term for your preference of either 1 or 2 classes per week.

Dance to music that you love

At APDA, our routines are choreographed to a mix of current chart-toppers and familiar favourites - songs that feel good to listen and move to.
